Basic information on data protection
CONTROLLER: Greencourt, S.L. (hereinafter, Greencourt).
PURPOSE: To manage the sending of requested information, as well as the correct provision of requested services and the resolution of doubts and queries. Data will be retained as long as a relationship exists between the parties and, in the event that we send commercial emails, as long as you do not object to this processing.
LEGAL BASIS: Performance of a contract and consent of the data subject.
RECIPIENTS: Greencourt will not transfer user data to third parties, except for legal obligation or when a contractual relationship exists, for which the corresponding confidentiality clauses will be established and prior authorization will be requested from the user.
RIGHTS: To access, rectify, and erase data, as well as to object to processing and other rights explained in section 6.

2_ What is the legal basis for data processing?
The legal basis for data processing is the execution of the contact form and the new client registration form on the Greencourt Website (“Contact us”). This form is completed by the data subject, thereby giving their full consent for the processing of their personal data. This data will be processed with the utmost confidentiality and with the sole purpose of managing the relationships we establish with users through the Greencourt Website.
3_ What information do we process?
The information we receive from users is collected as outlined below.
a) Information that users provide directly to us: Greencourt collects and stores certain information that the user enters on the Greencourt Website or provides to us in any other way.
Information request: The information that the user provides to us when requesting information on the Greencourt Website, via the contact form (name, phone, and email), or when the user wishes to purchase any of our services or products: in this case, they must register as a client and, for this purpose, must provide the following data (name, date of birth, phone, address, postal code, city, and country).

4_ For what purpose do we process data?
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Service provision: For those services or information that the user requests through the contact form (“Contact us”) on the Greencourt Website.
Operational service communication: We may use the personal data that the user provides to us to send email communications to the user regarding the operation of the service.
Promotional messages with opt-out option: With the user’s consent, Greencourt may use the personal data we obtain to send commercial emails related to our products and the services we provide. In any case, the sending of new commercial emails can be avoided by requesting it at the email address info@greencourt.es
or via the link that appears in the body of each email, and, consequently, Greencourt will immediately cease sending the aforementioned information.
Data transmission to third parties (exceptions)

_ When requested by a competent authority in the exercise of its functions (to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities).

How long will we retain the data? Greencourt will retain the user’s personal data for the time necessary to fulfill any of the objectives mentioned in this Privacy Policy, comply with current legislation, regulatory requirements, and relevant orders from competent courts or, in any case, until the data subject requests its deletion or objects to its processing.
5_ To which recipients is the data communicated?
As indicated in the previous section, the personal data collected by Greencourt will be used exclusively for the purpose defined on the Greencourt Website. To achieve this objective and ensure the correct provision of the service, Greencourt may share certain personal data of users:
Upon legal request, Greencourt may share information with executive authorities and/or third parties regarding information requests related to criminal investigations and alleged illegal activities.
With the user’s consent: in addition to what has been established above, the user will be informed if any information about them is disclosed to the website’s commercial partners, or to third parties, for purposes other than those stated on the Greencourt Website (for example, for commercial purposes), so that they have the opportunity to decide not to share their information. 6_ What rights does the user have regarding the data they provide?
The user may exercise the following rights before Greencourt:
_ Right to request access to personal data concerning the data subject.
_ Right to request their rectification (inaccurate data) or erasure (when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected).
_ Right to request the restriction of their processing, in which case we will only retain them for the exercise or defense of claims.
_ Right to object to processing. Greencourt will cease processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or for the exercise or defense of possible claims.
_ The exercise of the aforementioned rights is highly personal, so it will be necessary for the user to prove their identity. To exercise the rights provided by law, the user can contact Greencourt via email at info@greencourt.es or by written communication addressed to the address listed in section 1 of this Policy. The communication must contain the following data and documents:
_ Name and surname of the data subject, attaching a photocopy of their ID card (DNI) or another valid identifying document and, if applicable, of the person representing them; the use of an electronic signature will exempt the presentation of these documents.
_ Indication of the data subject’s address and a specific request (the right they intend to exercise).
_ The user will also have the right to lodge a complaint with the corresponding Supervisory Authority, when deemed appropriate.
7_ How do we protect our users’ data?
Greencourt informs the user that it has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures required by current Data Protection regulations to guarantee the security of their data, in order to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized access, or processing.
As mentioned, personal data provided by users through the Greencourt Website will not be transferred to other entities or companies for their own purposes. However, some companies subcontracted by Greencourt may have access to personal data and personal information, always under the exclusive control of Greencourt, with the sole purpose of providing a necessary service for the proper functioning of the Greencourt Website.

10_ Applicable legislation
This Policy will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation, as will the resolution of any controversy or divergence related to this website. The use of the services of this website implies express acceptance of Spanish jurisdiction.
