Leaders in
sustainability

Greencourt consolidates its leadership in sustainability by calculating the carbon footprint of all the layers that make up its clay court.

Greencourt, a leader in sustainability applied to the construction of tennis courts, especially on clay surfaces, has successfully completed the calculation of the product carbon footprint with AENOR, according to ISO 14067:2018. This pioneering project reinforces its position as a leading company in environmental innovation within the sports sector.

With a trajectory marked by technical excellence and respect for the environment, Greencourt has integrated sustainability as a strategic pillar of its business model. The calculation of the carbon footprint of its clay represents a further step in its firm commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and promoting the circularity of materials.

The project has been developed following an approach based on Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and applying the Product Category Rules (PCR) specific to construction materials. The study has identified key areas for improvement, such as the use of renewable energies, logistical efficiency, and the selection of components with a lower environmental impact.

Greencourt is thus consolidated as an undisputed benchmark in the construction of sustainable tennis courts, offering high-performance technical solutions that combine quality, durability, and environmental responsibility.

With this initiative, the company not only certifies its commitment to transparency and environmental excellence with AENOR but also sets the path for the sector towards a low-carbon economy aligned with global climate challenges.
