Renovation of 3 clay tennis courts at Club Tennis Esparreguera
Club Tennis Esparreguera is debuting three fully renovated clay courts. The project’s objective has been to enhance playing quality and, at the same time, reduce resource consumption with an intervention that combines technique, sustainability, and attention to detail.
The refurbishment has included the replacement of all lines, the regularization and compaction of the playing surface, and the implementation of a new sprinkler irrigation system that ensures homogeneous moisture across the entire surface. On this basis, we have applied Greencourt Dynamic with Montroig Court sealing, a treatment that retains moisture, minimizes dust, and allows for extended irrigation cycles, resulting in more stable courts with less water and less maintenance.
The Greencourt Dynamic treatment with Montroig Court sealing maintains optimal moisture, stabilizes the surface, and guarantees consistent performance throughout the year.
For the playing material, we have used Red Court 01 clay, selected to offer a consistent and predictable bounce and controlled sliding that protects joints. The result is comfortable and fast footing, suitable for both daily training and internal competition, with surfaces that better maintain their flatness over time.
The project has been executed with quality and sustainability criteria, aimed at resource saving and operation with neutral emissions as a goal. In this way, the club gains three reliable, efficient courts, prepared to perform at their best with more responsible management.
