Paddle court construction:
our system
Building a paddle court is much more than erecting metal structures or installing glass panels. It requires mastering every phase to ensure the entire setup offers stability, durability, and excellence in play.
We work with galvanized metal structures, anodized aluminum, or precast concrete, depending on the conditions and intended use of each court. Additionally, we offer panoramic court options, integrated LED lighting, and artificial turf approved by the Spanish Padel Federation. All this is combined with a modular system that allows us to offer fast assembly times and customized solutions.

Features of Greencourt paddle courts
Base and drainage
Reinforced perimeter beam of 40×20 cm, porous concrete pavement of about 8 cm on a 10 cm gravel base. All this ensures efficient drainage and a solid structure.
Robust structure
Options in galvanized iron or anodized aluminum depending on the model. All components, including stainless steel screws, are designed to withstand the climate, especially in coastal areas.
Enclosure and glass panels
10 or 12 mm glass panels depending on the model and visibility, with a panoramic design if you wish to maximize the interior view of the court.
Flooring and finishes
Specific flooring (approved artificial turf or other options), applied over the concrete base to ensure safety, comfort, and grip.
Customization and finishes
Polyester resin paint, RAL finishes, wood-imitating options, ensuring visual identity and quality. In the case of anodized aluminum, paint will not be necessary, requiring zero maintenance oxidation.
After-sales and maintenance
Includes technical training, sale of maintenance tools (Decompacting machine, glass panel replacement…), regulated maintenance services to preserve the optimal condition of the court over time.
